The worksheet below is intended to help schools organize their thoughts and plan their responses in preparation for the Quality Review.

The template to the right was developed to assist schools in gathering evidence for the School Self-Evaluation Form (SSEF). We suggest sharing the worksheet with vertical teacher teams. Break the participants up into five groups and ask each team to list evidence for one indicator. Teams can share out. Team responses should be gathered and the input referenced in the school's SSEF.
