Deb's Recommended Resources

Public Schools of North Carolina -
Take a look at the Unpacking Standards documents which support teachers in their understanding of the common core and essential standards. The unpacking documents demonstrate at a granular level the knowledge and skills students are expected to master at a particular grade.

Georgia Department of Education -
If you're looking for resources/tasks to supplement instruction in your Core Math Program, the Student Framework documents provide additional support.  Look at the Curriculum Map to identify the appropriate unit, as the units do not necessarily correspond to the NYC Scope and Sequence Documents.  Georgia spread out the content over a larger number of units.
